NUTRITION and WELLNESS
The Nutrition and Wellness area has a commercial-style kitchen where lunch is prepared daily and costs $1.50. Staff and members work together in planning and preparing meals as well as ordering and shopping for food and supplies.
Members and staff also prepare monthly menu's focusing on the food pyramid. This teaches the skills in preparing healthy, well-balanced meals.
